1 Introduction
These Terms & Conditions form a binding agreement between each eligible user and BX99 in relation to the website, account facilities, sports betting markets, live casino tables, slot games, promotions, payment services and associated customer support. References to the platform include every service made available through the BX99 website.
BX99 provides an internationally operated online gaming service. BX99 does not claim to be licensed or regulated by the Malaysian Government. Online gambling laws differ by location and may change. Malaysian users are individually responsible for understanding whether accessing online betting services is lawful where they are present. Nothing on this page constitutes legal advice.
The English version of these terms is the controlling version. Headings are provided for convenience and do not limit the meaning of any clause. A failure by BX99 to enforce a term immediately does not waive the right to enforce that term later.
2 Definitions
Within these Terms & Conditions, the following expressions have the meanings set out below:
- “Account” means a registered player profile used to access BX99 services.
- “Bonus” means promotional credit, free bets, cashback, free spins or another incentive subject to separate conditions.
- “Deposit” means cleared funds added to an Account through an accepted payment method.
- “Game” includes sportsbook markets, live casino games, slots and other wagering products.
- “Player” or “you” means the person who registers for and uses an Account.
- “Wager” means a bet placed using cash balance, Bonus funds or an authorised combination of both.
- “Withdrawal” means a request to transfer eligible Account funds to an approved payment method.
3 Account Eligibility
BX99 is available only to individuals who are at least 21 years old and legally capable of entering a binding agreement. By registering, you warrant that all submitted details are complete, current and accurate. You must not register on behalf of another person, use false identification or allow a minor to access your Account.
One Account is permitted per person, household, device, payment source and shared network unless BX99 gives written approval. Duplicate or linked Accounts may be restricted while their ownership and activity are reviewed. Promotional benefits obtained through duplicate registration may be removed.
You must not use BX99 from a location where online wagering is prohibited. Access being technically available does not mean that use is lawful in every jurisdiction. The Player bears responsibility for local legal compliance and any taxes or reporting obligations connected with winnings.
4 Registration and Account Security
Registration may require your legal name, date of birth, Malaysian mobile number, residential details and other information reasonably needed for age, identity and payment verification. BX99 may request a government-issued identity document, proof of address, source-of-funds information or proof that you control a payment account.
Login credentials must be kept confidential. You are responsible for activity completed through your Account unless you promptly report suspected unauthorised access. Password sharing is prohibited. BX99 may require additional verification or temporarily restrict transactions when unusual activity is detected.
You must notify BX99 if your personal or payment details change. Information that is materially false, misleading or incomplete may result in delayed verification, rejected transactions, Account suspension or closure.
5 Deposits and Withdrawals
BX99 may support payment methods commonly used in Malaysia, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB Bank, Public Bank, Hong Leong and RHB Bank. Availability, transaction limits and processing times may vary according to the Account, payment provider, verification status and maintenance conditions.
Deposits must originate from a payment method held in the Player’s own name. Third-party deposits may be rejected or returned. BX99 does not extend credit, and Players must not deposit borrowed funds. Amounts are generally displayed in MYR or RM where Malaysian Ringgit is the selected Account currency.
Withdrawal requests are subject to identity checks, anti-fraud review, wagering validation and payment-provider rules. BX99 aims to process eligible requests promptly but does not guarantee an exact completion time. Bank interruptions, incorrect details, enhanced due diligence or public holidays may cause delays. Where practical, funds will be returned through the original payment route.
BX99 may request evidence concerning the source of funds or source of wealth, particularly where cumulative deposits or withdrawals are substantial or unusual. Refusal to provide reasonably requested documents may result in transaction restrictions until the review is completed.
6 Betting and Game Rules
A Wager is accepted only when it is confirmed by the BX99 system and recorded in the Account history. Adding a selection to a bet slip does not constitute acceptance. Players must review the event, market, odds, stake and potential return before confirmation.
Sports markets covering the EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, UFC and other events are settled using official results and the applicable market rules. Obvious pricing, participant, event or settlement errors may be corrected. If an event is postponed, abandoned or materially changed, the relevant sport-specific rules determine whether a Wager remains valid or is void.
Live casino and slot outcomes are determined by the applicable game system or live table procedure. Display interruptions do not automatically change a result already recorded by the central game server. Published Return to Player percentages describe long-term mathematical performance and do not guarantee an individual result.
Gambling involves financial risk. No Wager, strategy, odds range or historical result guarantees a profit. Players should treat betting as paid entertainment rather than a source of income.
7 Bonuses and Promotions
Every BX99 promotion may have additional eligibility, minimum deposit, wagering, game contribution, maximum stake, expiry and withdrawal conditions. Those promotion-specific conditions form part of this agreement. Players should review the full offer details before opting in or using Bonus funds.
Unless stated otherwise, Bonuses are limited to one per eligible Player, household, device, payment source and network. Coordinated claims, duplicate Accounts, artificial wagering patterns, opposite betting and other attempts to obtain an unintended advantage are prohibited.
Bonus balances may expire if the stated wagering requirements are not completed within the promotional period. Withdrawing before completion may cancel the remaining Bonus and related winnings where disclosed in the promotion rules. BX99 may withhold or reverse a Bonus obtained through error, abuse or ineligibility, while preserving any legitimate cash balance after review.
8 Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct
BX99 expects honest play. Players must not collude, manipulate markets, exploit a technical fault, use automated betting software, interfere with platform security, launder funds or engage in activity connected with fraud. Using inside information where prohibited by sporting rules or law is also forbidden.
If BX99 reasonably suspects prohibited conduct, it may investigate Account activity, request documents, restrict transactions and preserve relevant records. Affected Wagers may be voided where there is reliable evidence of manipulation, technical exploitation or fraud. Any decision will take account of available transaction, device, payment and game records.
9 Responsible Gambling
BX99 is intended solely for adults aged 21 and above. Players are expected to set affordable entertainment budgets and monitor the time and money spent gambling. Chasing losses, borrowing to gamble or treating betting as guaranteed income may indicate harmful behaviour.
Available controls may include deposit limits, loss limits, session reminders, cooling-off periods and self-exclusion. A Player who activates self-exclusion must not attempt to create another Account during the exclusion period. Further guidance is available through the BX99 Responsible Gambling page.
BX99 may contact a Player or apply restrictions where activity indicates possible gambling harm. Such action is protective and does not imply that the platform can identify every case. Players remain responsible for using available controls and seeking independent support when needed.
10 Suspension and Account Closure
A Player may request Account closure through customer support, subject to identity verification and settlement of pending matters. Ordinary closure differs from self-exclusion; Players seeking a gambling-related block should use the responsible gambling process so that appropriate restrictions can be applied.
BX99 may suspend or close an Account for a material breach of these terms, failed verification, underage use, duplicate registration, fraudulent payment activity, abuse of promotions, threats against staff or legal and compliance reasons. Where lawful and reasonably possible, legitimate remaining funds will be returned after outstanding Wagers, chargebacks, verification issues and investigations are resolved.
11 Platform Availability and Liability
BX99 seeks to provide a stable service but cannot promise uninterrupted access. Maintenance, internet failures, device problems, power disruption, payment-network outages and events beyond reasonable control may affect availability. Players should not assume that a transaction has succeeded unless the Account record confirms it.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BX99 is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from unavailable services, Player device failure, inaccurate third-party event data or unauthorised use caused by the Player’s failure to protect credentials. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
12 Privacy and Communications
BX99 processes personal information for registration, identity verification, transaction management, security, legal compliance, responsible gambling and customer support. Further details concerning collection, retention and user choices are provided in the Privacy Policy.
Service communications concerning security, transactions, changes to terms or Account status may be sent using the contact details on file. Optional promotional communications may be managed in accordance with available preference controls. Players must keep their contact information current.
13 Changes and Governing Terms
BX99 may update these Terms & Conditions to reflect legal, security, operational, payment or product changes. Material updates will take effect from the published effective date. Continued use after that date indicates acceptance of the revised terms. If a Player does not accept a revision, the Account should no longer be used.
If one clause is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining clauses continue in effect. Questions concerning interpretation will be considered under the legal framework identified by BX99 for its international operations, subject to any mandatory rights that apply to the Player.
