From a small team with a big vision to Malaysia's most trusted online sportsbook and live casino platform — this is the bx99 story. Real people, real passion, real payouts.
The founding team — sports fans, tech engineers, and payment specialists — came together with a single frustration: existing platforms didn't speak to Malaysian players. Slow withdrawals, foreign-language interfaces, and odds that didn't reflect local football. Something had to change.
We invested heavily in payment integrations — Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB — before launching a single marketing campaign. Getting payouts right was non-negotiable. Our under-5-minute e-wallet withdrawal commitment was baked in from day one.
Starting with EPL and Liga Super Malaysia odds, bx99 expanded into live casino, slots, and esports markets. Our player base grew across Penang, Johor Bahru, Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam, and beyond — all without compromising on the speed and trust we built our reputation on.
With over half a million registered players, 1,200+ live casino tables, and a multilingual support team available 24/7 in English, Bahasa Melayu, and Chinese, bx99 stands as one of Malaysia's most recognised online gaming brands — still guided by the same principles we started with.
bx99 was built with one clear purpose: to give Malaysian sports fans and casino enthusiasts a platform that actually understands them. Not a one-size-fits-all product ported from a foreign market, but a genuine, locally-tuned experience designed from the ground up for players in Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru, Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam, and every city in between.
"We didn't build bx99 to be the biggest platform in the world. We built it to be the most trusted platform for Malaysian players — and everything we've done since has been in service of that goal."
The sports betting landscape in Malaysia is vibrant and passionate. Matchday in Kuala Lumpur isn't just about football — it's a social experience, a ritual, a conversation that plays out in mamak stalls and office group chats from Friday through Sunday. Liga Super Malaysia commands genuine pride, EPL nights generate real emotion, and UFC pay-per-views run deep into the early hours of the morning. bx99 exists at the centre of all of that — providing competitive odds, deep pre-match and live markets, and a platform infrastructure that doesn't buckle under the weight of peak matchday traffic.
On the casino side, we've assembled a library of over 1,200 live tables and hundreds of slot titles through partnerships with leading international game providers. Every game on the platform uses independently tested Random Number Generators — verifiably fair, consistently transparent. We don't cut corners on fairness because our reputation depends on it.
Payments were always our obsession. We watched how other platforms frustrated Malaysian players with vague "processing times" and unexplained withdrawal holds. We built our payment architecture differently — partnering directly with Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, and all major Malaysian banks to deliver withdrawals under 5 minutes for e-wallets and under 60 minutes for bank transfers. That commitment hasn't wavered since launch.
Responsible gambling is not a footnote for bx99 — it's a core product feature. Every account comes with access to deposit limit controls, loss limit settings, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options. We enforce 21+ age verification through KYC checks, and our support team is trained to identify and assist players who may be experiencing problem gambling behaviours. This is a platform for entertainment, and we take that responsibility seriously.
Behind every feature, every payment integration, and every support interaction is a set of values that defines how bx99 operates — and why players keep coming back.
To deliver the fairest, fastest, and most transparent online betting and casino experience in Malaysia — built on trust, powered by technology, and guided by genuine respect for every player who chooses to spend their time and money with us.
To be the definitive online gaming platform for Southeast Asian players — setting the regional standard for payout speed, market depth, multilingual support, and responsible gaming commitment, while staying true to our Malaysian roots.
Every odd, every RNG outcome, every transaction is processed with full transparency. We don't manipulate results, we don't hold funds without cause, and we communicate honestly when things go wrong.
Withdrawal speed is not a premium feature — it's a basic right. Our sub-5-minute e-wallet payouts exist because players deserve their winnings fast, not because it's a differentiator.
Every product decision starts with the same question: does this make things better for our players? If the answer isn't clearly yes, we go back to the drawing board.
Self-exclusion, deposit limits, and cooling-off tools aren't buried in settings. They're accessible, prominent, and actively promoted to every player — because we care about the long-term wellbeing of our community.
Malaysia is multilingual and multicultural. Our platform reflects that — English, Bahasa Melayu, and Chinese support channels, local payment methods, and content that resonates with our audience naturally.
We're not complacent. Every player complaint, every support ticket, every piece of feedback is reviewed and actioned. bx99 today is better than it was six months ago — and in six months' time, it will be better still.
Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong — all the payment methods Malaysians actually use, integrated deeply into our deposit and withdrawal systems.
Real-time odds on EPL, La Liga, Liga Super Malaysia, Champions League, UFC, and more. In-play markets update in milliseconds so you never miss a line movement during a crucial fixture.
Baccarat, roulette, blackjack, sic bo, and Dragon Tiger — all streamed live with professional dealers. Available 24/7, from any device, with stakes from RM5 to RM50,000 per hand.
From Bronze to Royal Black Diamond — loyal players are rewarded with cashback, dedicated account managers, exclusive tournaments, and personal concierge service at the highest tiers.

All games use independently audited RNG systems. Published RTPs are accurate. We have no financial incentive to manipulate outcomes — the house edge is our revenue, not manipulation.

Malaysia holds a special place in bx99's DNA. This isn't a platform that was built overseas and adapted for the local market as an afterthought. bx99 was conceived specifically for Malaysian players — their payment preferences, their sporting passions, their language needs, and their expectations around trust.
We understand that online gambling exists in a complex legal environment in Malaysia, and we respect that every player is an adult making an informed personal choice. We provide the tools and information needed for that choice to be as informed as possible — including full transparency about our international licensing framework, honest responsible gambling guidance, and clear terms and conditions written in plain English, not buried in legal jargon.
